We use this information only to evaluate whether your property is a fit for acquisition or lease, and to reply to you directly. We do not sell your information. We do not send it to a list of other buyers or brokers. It may be discussed internally between Hovik Akopyan and his team while evaluating a building.

Other data this site sends

Separately from the form, providers that keep this site running, secure, and measurable may process technical data about your visit, such as your IP address, browser, and pages viewed. This includes our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and, when connected, a Meta advertising pixel used to measure ad performance. This is standard web infrastructure and analytics data, not the form details above, and it is never sold or circulated to other buyers or brokers.
